How To Register

Registrations may be submitted in person, by mail, or charged by phone or online by the registration
deadline.Full tuition must be paid at the time of registration. Please include course number for all

Early registration is strongly recommended. Decisions to hold a class are based upon enrollment on
the registration deadline of each term. Enroll early to ensure a place in the class of your choice.

Class Cancellations

In the event that a class or workshop must be cancelled due to low enrollment, students will be notified
by phone as early as possible, but no later than the day before the first class. Tuition and fees will be
fully refunded or a credit will be given for another class within the same fiscal year. Refunds may take
up to but no longer than 2 weeks to process.

Refund and Pro-Rating Policy for Classes and Workshops

A $15 processing fee will be charged for all refunds. Upon student withdrawal one week prior to the first class: full tuition refund minus processing fee . Up through second class: 75% refund minus processing fee. No refund will be given after the second class. Membership fees are non-refundable. CCA does not pro-rate any class due to late registration or missed classes. Exceptions to these policies will only be considered in cases of extremely extenuating circumstances and must be made in writing to the executive director.

Publicity Policy

Upon registration, students give permission to the Center to publish student photographs in print or on the web for fundraising and press purposes.
