Jeanine Leclaire is a Philadelphia based artist who has been making and selling her work for twelve years- since she graduated the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts in 2005. She has the unique experience of working at a major Philadelphian gallery for almost a decade.
This class includes instruction in composition, color theory, and painting techniques using oils, acrylics, collage, watercolor and/or pastel. Please bring your favorite materials with you to the first class. For new artists who have not yet invested in many materials, come to the class with at least a sketchbook and a pencil. We will discuss the different attributes of art materials and help you discover what works best for you. For those with a little more experience- the instructor's regular palatte includes: Cadmium Red, Cadmium Yellow, Ultramarine Blue, Bone/Ivory, Black and Titanium White.
