Ceramic Arts

Cheltenham Center for the Arts has a first class cermamics studio for pottery and sculpture, with 3 electric kilns, a gas fired kiln, a raku kiln, and a wood fired kiln.  Our award winning teachers have decades of experience, and a passion for passing along their knowledge and skill.

Clay Policy

Clay is available for purchase, by cash or check, from teacher during classtime.The cost is $25 per 25lb. bag, which includes firing fees. Clay brought in from outside sources must be approved by the instructor and a $10 firing fee paid to the CCA.

Beginning Jewelry Making

Through Instructor demonstration and "hands-on" practice, students will learn the fundamentals of jewelry making: sawing, filing, soldering and polishing.  No experience necessary.
