Painting, Drawing & Printmaking

CCA has an excellent printing facility, including a high quality Charles Brand press (36" x 60"), monotype, silk screening, and expert instruction available from a dedicated and talented staff of seasoned instructors.

CCA is home for The Cheltenham Printmakers Guild, which provides an environment for exchanging ideas on printmaking processes and techniques, the aesthetics of art and the creative process. Since 1969, the Guild reaches out to other artists in the community through its exhibitions, demonstrations and lectures. And, we enjoy the largest bed press in the Phila. area.

In addition, we offer several painting and drawing classes for all levels of ability, in our spacious, upstairs studio.  Plus, new this season, Drawing As Seeing, on our fully-accessible first floor.  In every class, individual expression is stressed.  We are proud to offer a community of artists that ranges from high school students, preparing for college, to working professionals, to retirees following a new passion.
