Teen No Heat Jewelry Making

Fall 2018 / Fibers, Metals, Paper, and More

Join us for a fun and cool (pardon the pun) class in flameless jewelry making. Learn how to make beautiful, creative and fun jewelry without the use of a torch or solder. The process is called "Cold Joining." With a few basic instructions on how to saw, rivet and make tabs- you can be on your way to making original and unforgettable jewelry pieces using everyday found objects like bottle caps, buttons and poker chips! Any small object that can be drilled or bent easily can be used in "Cold Joining." Students can expect to make a pai of earings and a necklace.
