Learn and practice calming the mind while developing strength, balance and increased flexibility in your body. All levels welcome. Please bring a large towel or yoga mat to class and wear loose, comfortable clothing.

Maryann Sims

Maryann Simms is CCA's resident Vinyasa Yoga instructor. Stemming from an extensive background in dance and fitness, Maryann was naturally drawn to yoga not only for its ability to simultaneously build strength and flexibility, but for its stress-relieving properties and heightened sense of mindfulness. Her all-level classes are for every body, shape, or size.
