Elizabeth Heller is a Philadelphia painter and sculptor, with a Certificate from the Pennsylvania Academy of the Fine Arts. Working from direct observation, her paintings are a synthesis of perceptual reality and abstract composition and color. Her work has been included in numerous local, regional and national exhibitions including Cerulean Arts Gallery & Studio, the Woodmere Art Museum, the Wharton Esherick Museum, the State Museum of Harrisburg and the Southern Alleghenies Museum of Art. She is the recipient of an “Illuminate the Arts” Individual Artist Grant, City of Philadelphia and an Artist's Residency at “Soaring Gardens”.
