The theme of our 3rd Biennial is Transitions. How were the artists were affected by the Covid-19 pandemic that began in early 2020? The transition from normal life was sudden, quick, and for many folks, devastating.
Two years later, we are still digging out of it...the segue is transitioning slowly. We suspect there has been transformational change in how artists look at the world around them.
