Practice the art of Shibori and Indigo Vat Dyeing!

Join us on Tuesday evenings to learn unique surface design patterns and dye your work a brilliant indigo blue at our community indigo vat. Unlock a full spectrum of hues through thoughtful color mixing and layering with yellow and red. Workshop appropriate for all levels of experience.

Tuesdays, 6-9pm. Register for any individual date or all four!

$45 per session ($20 materials fee paid to instructor for dates with yellow and red).

Weekly Workshop Student Supplies for use with indigo:

- 1 yard of white 100% cotton fabric (45” width +) OR old white bed sheet 100% cotton, prewashed.

- 1 white 100% cotton item thrifted or from home. T-shirt size or smaller (bandana, baby onesie, tea towel), prewashed.

10 spots available. Walk-ins welcome if space allows. Location in Printmaking studio, lower level.
